What is personal data?
According the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), personal data is defined as:
“Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Data subject”). An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person”.

The information we collect is:
- First name
- Last name
- Email Address
- Number of the passport and expiry date.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive details of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
To certify your identity you will need to: indicate your full name and email address.
How we protect your data
Your data is held at our offices in Rila Bulgaria and is on a password protected computer.
